1. What happen after I place an order?
You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail and tracking number once your products are shipped - Tracking can take between 2-4 days to update so please be patient.
2. How long does the order take to be delivered?
Orders take average of 8-14 business days to be delivered. Please refer to our shipping policy page;
3. What does mean if my order is In Transit?
If your order status is in transit it means that your order is on its way, even if status keep the same for a couple of days, please be patient;
4. What happens if I entered the wrong address?
If you see any mistakes in the address you submitted, please contact us immediately at hello@soullittle.com using subject CHANGE ADDRESS so we can correct it before being shipped out. If a package fails to deliver due to 'insufficient address' unfortunately we cannot offer any compensation for that matter.
5. Can I cancel my order when it is in its way?
Orders CANNOT be canceled while is on its way. If you changed your mind, please wait to receive your order and then return to us;
6. How can I see the updates on my order?
If you're looking for an update on your order, you can enter your tracking ID or Order Number on the Tracking page;
7. How to proceed if I want to Refund or Return an item?
If you're enquiring for return or refund please refer to our Refund & Return page. Please kindly add your Full Name, Order Number and Details of the item/s purchased when enquiring.
8. What do I do if I haven't received any Confirmation or Tracking Numbers?
If you haven't received any confirmation or tracking number please check your email spam folder. These are automatically generated, everybody gets one.
9. What do I do if I want to Cancel or Change on my order?
For cancellations or changes, you may contact us within 12 hours (only) after you place your order and rest assured that you will be accommodated.
10. What do I do if I receive a Damaged item?
For damage and issues, please contact us using the "Report a problem" subject in your personal email to us and kindly upload a photo of the defective product.
11. Where will my package be shipped from?
Despite being a small business, we've established partnerships with international logistics providers. Depending on the quickest route and available stock, this enables us to ship affordably to multiple countries.
